Business Information and Strategic Insights

The Business Information and Strategic Insights Section is led by the Head of Business Information and Strategic Insights, Katya Samoylova. This section develops excellence in business information and strategic insights, supporting the development of strategy and the monitoring and measurement of performance, as an aid to future enhancement of performance. 

Key aims are:

•    fulfilling statutory data provision requirements
•    providing relevant, easy-to-use business information.
•    providing targeted analysis, benchmarking and insights
•    developing KPIs aligned to academic and financial plans
•    managing the University’s student number planning, fee setting and fee income modelling processes
