About Academic and Financial Planning and Analysis (AFPA)
Sitting within the Finance Division, AFPA supports the development and implementation of academic and strategic plans within an affordable financial framework.
Key work includes:
• developing business plans aligned to academic visions
• coordinating plans, ensuring priorities are aligned
• facilitating effective, evidence-based decision-making
• developing incentive based polices to reinforce good decision making
• providing insight and expert advice for a wide range of decision-making bodies from committees to project boards
• proactively monitoring, analysing and interpreting financial and non-financial performance
• preparing and submitting key statutory data returns
